Rule 9
Provisions relating to deadlines

(1) When issuing a time limit in the name of the defendant, a time limit of seven days should be given in addition to the time limit for payment.
(2) No statute of limitations or dates shall be set in any case pending before the Tribunal. But–
(a) If the tribunal feels that the deadline or date has passed due to circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the deadline may be extended for a maximum of two times up to a total of fifteen days.
(b) 62 no. and 175 no. It will be the same as written in the matter.
